When you book directly through our website, and your flight is scheduled to depart seven or more days from the date of booking, you are entitled to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund to your original form of payment, with no cancellation fees or penalties.
To enable us to process your full refund, please do not initiate the refund from the "Manage My Booking” tab. Instead, simply fill out the online refund form, and your request will be processed within 7 days of submission.
