Terminal Operations Change at JKIA
To improve guest experience and streamline operations during upcoming infrastructure renovations at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), select flights will relocate operations to Terminal 1C (T1C) effective Thursday, September 3, 2026.
Flights Relocating to Terminal 1C (T1C)
Morning Departure Wave:
KQ760 – Johannesburg (JNB)
KQ420 – Entebbe (EBB)
KQ470 – Kigali (KGL)
KQ706 – Lusaka / Harare (LUN/HRE)
KQ400 – Addis Ababa (ADD)
KQ482 – Dar es Salaam (DAR)
All Precision Air (PW) Flights
Evening Departure Wave:
KQ886 – Bangkok / Guangzhou (BKK/CAN)
Unchanged Flight Operations
Terminal 1A (T1A):
All other KQ flights not listed above will continue to operate from Terminal 1A as usual.
